1.A reservation fee must be paid at booking to reserve the chosen time. This is deducted from the total rental due. In the event of your cancellation, a minimum of 2 months notice is required. A cancellation fee is charged and is notice given

2.All monies must be paid into account and cleared at least 6 weeks prior to release of keys and rental. I booking is made with less time remaining then full payment is required at booking.

3.Agreement to be signed and returned prior to release of keys and rental.
